📌 Important – Document Submission for Final Allotment & Seat Confirmation

All First-Year Nursing students are hereby informed that, as part of the final admission/allotment and seat confirmation process, students are required to submit the following original documents to the College.

1. 10th Standard Marks Card – Original
2. 12th Standard / PUC Marks Card – Original
3. Transfer Certificate (Tc) & Conduct Certificate – Original
4. Migration Certificate – Original
5. 8 Passport Size Photo

Students who have not yet submitted the required documents are requested to submit them to the College Administrative Office at the earliest.
