Dear Second, Third-Year, fourth year & B.Sc. Nursing Students,

After successfully completing your theory and practical examinations, we are happy to share some joyful news with you 🌷
We are pleased to declare your leave from 1st February to 15th February.
Now, it’s time for you to go home and enjoy the moments that may have been missed with your loved ones. Use this time to be with your parents and family, enjoy home-cooked food, rest your body and mind, travel safely, laugh freely, and return refreshed and re-energised.
Kindly ensure that you confirm your onward and return travel tickets in advance to make your journey safe and comfortable.

All students are requested to report back to the college on 16th February at 9:00 AM sharp.

Important Note for Clinical Posting Students

Students who are listed and selected for Clinical Posting at Rashtrotthana Hospital from 28th January to 15th February are informed that this leave is not applicable to them.
They are required to stay back and continue their clinical postings as scheduled. Kindly adhere strictly to the posting instructions.

Important Travel & Permission Instructions

• All students must apply for permission through the Gate Pass option in the App only (not under Leave).

• Students should confirm their to-and-fro travel tickets in advance.

• Travel tickets must be produced at the time of leaving the hostel for verification.

• For safety reasons, students are strongly advised not to travel using local trains or local tickets.

• Kindly plan your travel responsibly and strictly adhere to the above instructions.
