Cancellation Policy -2023-24

Dear students/parents

Candidates has to check the minimum eligibility criteria for the admission of pursuing course with respect to admission norms of the university, Candidates must also read and understand the rules pertaining to payment and refund of fees, before seeking admission to any course.

No disputes regarding refunds will be entertained once the fees are paid.

  • During verification of the certificates at the time of registration, if any candidate is found to be non-eligible for the admitted course, Confirmation/admission fee will not be refunded.
  • The candidate needs to verify the documents within 15 days of course commencement.
  • Candidates desiring to withdraw their admission during any stage of the admission process (i.e., before the date of commencement of the course) may do so by writing a letter or mail to the admission team of GSI.
  • Students desiring to withdraw their admission after the commencement of the course may do so by submitting a written letter or email to the admission team.

 

Important Note: In case a candidate is found to be non-eligible or not following any rules and regulation specified by the institution in the Students Guidelines and Students declaration form during any stage of the admission process or course delivery, his/her admission will stand cancelled with immediate effect and he/she will be subjected to the penalty clauses stated below.

 

Withdrawal of Admission after confirmation of admission

Cancellation of admission by a candidate/student will attract the following penalties

  • registration amount is non-refundable in any condition.
  • If a student wants to withdraw from a course up to 7 days of the date of admission 100% of the total fee (if paid) will be refunded. An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach us. The email needs to be sent to gseinstitutions@gmail.com
  • If a student wants to withdraw from a course up to 15 days of the date of admission 50% of the total fee (if paid) will be refunded. An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach us. The email needs to be sent to gseinstitutions@gmail.com
  • If a candidate who has paid the course fee wants to withdraw his/her admission between 30 days only 25% of the total fee (if paid) will be refunded. An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach us. The email needs to be sent to gseinstitutions@gmail.com
  • If a candidate who has paid the course fee wants to withdraw his/her admission between 30 days to 45 days of the date of admission only 10% of the total fee (if paid) will be refunded. An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach us. The email needs to be sent to gseinstitutions@gmail.com
  • If a candidate who has paid the course fee wants to withdraw his/her admission after 45 after the admission No fee will be refunded at any circumstances an email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach us before commencement of the program. The email needs to be sent to gseinstitutions@gmail.com

 

Withdrawal of Admission after commencement of classes

 

  • If a student wants to withdraw from a course after the commencement of classes and inside 10 days the student is liable to pay the current Sem /year fees
  • If a student wants to withdraw from a course after 10 days after the commencement of classes and before the university /board approval date of the course, the student is liable to pay the current Sem /year fees
  • If a student wants to withdraw from a course after the university /board approval date of the course, the student is liable to pay the complete course fees
  • If a student wants to withdraw after commencement date and middle of academic year the student is liable to pay the complete course fees
  • If a student wants to withdraw after commencement date and before the exams the student is liable to pay the complete course fees
  • If a student wants to withdraw after commencement date and after the exams the student is liable to pay the complete course fees

 

Refund guidelines in case of non-performance and disciplinary actions

No fee will be refunded in following cases:

  • Case of non-performance
  • Attendance below specified level
  • If candidate is expelled in case of some discipline issue
  • In case a candidate is found to be non-eligible or not following any rules and regulation specified by the institution in the Students Guidelines  and Students declaration form during any  stage  of  the  admission process or course delivery, his/her admission will stand cancelled.
  • If student’s admission is cancelled or he/she is terminated based on any ground.
